You have 10 days if you are located in Australia to return an item. If you are based outside of Australia, you have 20 days to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and containing all parts and accessories. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning any item. Address for return will be provided to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We do not issue refunds for returns, unless the item is out of stock. You will receive a replacement of the same item or store credit minus the shipping cost. Please contact us before returning any item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement.
